At No Tilt, we specialize in creating custom poker tables that bring people together, fostering connections through shared experiences. When the Seattle Mariners reached out to us to design a custom poker table for their clubhouse, it was more than just another project—it became an unforgettable opportunity to blend the excitement of baseball with the thrill of poker.
The Connection: Cal Raleigh and the Mariners’ Vision
The journey began when Cal Raleigh, the Seattle Mariners' 2024 Gold Glove-winning catcher and Platinum Glove winner, asked their team’s purchasing department to reach out to us. Cal and the Mariners were looking for a way to bring their players together off the field, creating a space where the team could unwind, bond, and engage in some friendly competition. The solution? A custom poker table for their clubhouse.
As baseball fans we are passionate about creating environments that foster camaraderie, we were thrilled by the idea. A custom poker table for such an iconic team was an opportunity we couldn’t miss. With a talented roster and a family-like atmosphere, we couldn’t wait to get started on this exciting project.

Getting Started: A Family Affair
On March 5, 2024, the No Tilt team, along with our two children, packed up the custom-built poker table and headed to the Seattle Mariners’ spring training clubhouse in Peoria, Arizona. This wasn’t just a job—it was a family experience we’ll never forget. Our kids, who love baseball as much as we do, were especially excited to visit the Mariners’ facility and meet the players they had admired for years.
Once we arrived, we were greeted by Jack, the Mariners' Director of Operations, who gave us an exclusive tour of the clubhouse. It was amazing to see the players’ areas, the barbershop, and even the team dog! Witnessing the Mariners’ culture in action made us even more excited to contribute to such a special environment.

Meeting Cal Raleigh: A Catcher’s Dream
The true highlight of the day was meeting Cal Raleigh in person. For our son, also a catcher on a 12U travel team, it was a dream come true. Cal is not just a role model for aspiring baseball players—he’s a symbol of hard work, dedication, and excellence. Cal took the time to speak with our son, sharing his journey and experiences both on and off the field.
Our son got the chance to take pictures with Cal and even received an autograph. It was a moment of pure excitement, and as parents, we will treasure the memories and photos for years to come. It was a perfect blend of sportsmanship and personal connection.
Delivering the Table: A Perfect Fit for the Mariners
When we unloaded the custom poker table, it felt like much more than a simple delivery. This table wasn’t just for poker—it was a symbol of the Mariners’ family-like atmosphere, designed to bring teammates together and help them unwind. We meticulously crafted every detail of the table, from the polished wood to the custom felt featuring the Mariners’ logo, ensuring that it would not only be functional but also reflect the team’s identity and spirit.
After the table was set up, we spent time with Jack and the operations team, ensuring everything was perfect for the players. It was clear to us that this project was about more than just a poker table—it was about creating a space where relationships could grow and memories could be made, both on and off the field.

This project was a perfect reminder of how strong relationships can be forged through friendly competition, and we’re excited to see how this custom poker table will enhance the Mariners’ clubhouse.
The opportunity to build a custom poker table for Cal Raleigh and the Seattle Mariners was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
