Processing Time
Each table is handcrafted to your specifications. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your table is shipped. Once ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your table’s journey.
Shipping Information
- Ground Shipping: Included with your purchase, with delivery times of 2–7 business days depending on location.
- International Shipping: Available upon request. Contact us to discuss options and pricing.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment.
Important: Shipping arrangements and delivery services are handled directly with the shipping company. While we ensure your table is securely packaged, any delays or damage caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer any refunds or returns. We take pride in providing the utmost of customer service ensuring you are completely happy with your table before it is shipped.

- Shipping Warranty Coverage: Damaged items are eligible for replacement through the shipping company but not for refunds.
